Welcome
I’m happy you're here. As an Executive Functioning Coach, I'm dedicated to helping individuals gain relief from ADHD symptoms and support parents of children with executive functioning liabilities. I use evidence-based methods to help clients achieve better focus and accomplish their future goals. I would be honored to hear your story and help create your personal journey to wellness.
My Story
I became drawn to helping those with ADHD and Executive Functioning liabilities when I witnessed family and friends struggling with symptoms and having difficulty finding the right support. With the rise of ADHD diagnoses and more awareness about how parents can support their children more effectively, I realized there is a need for specialized care. I believe that targeted, evidence-based coaching can significantly improve an individual's quality of life.
In our coaching sessions, you can expect a compassionate presence and a strength-based viewpoint to help you navigate your challenges and discover your inner strengths. I practice non-judgmental acceptance of your story and will ask you to do the same for yourself. My goal is to empower you with the insights necessary to manage ADHD and Executive Functioning difficulties. Helping create change for people has been a rewarding experience and I look forward to working with each new client.

My Approach
My goal is to empower individuals with ADHD and Executive Functioning difficulties to better understand their triggers and develop personalized strategies to thrive in their daily lives. This includes offering tools and techniques for improving organization, attention, and memory. Some examples include: creating and practicing a routine, visual and auditory reminders, time management schedules, goal setting, building motivation, and reducing distractions.
I also believe that supportive environments, natural mentors, and fostering self-compassion can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those navigating the challenges of ADHD and inattention difficulties. We'll brainstorm together how to create safe spaces, engage in self-focused care, and access already existing strengths and support systems to help.

The first step in the process is a thorough assessment, usually an hour long, focusing on the Biopsychosocial processes of each client. From there, a unique Goal Plan is created, where specific liability areas are paired with evidence-based strategies for improvement. The plan is adapted as needed and weekly or biweekly coaching sessions support the client's individualized goals.
