Practice Overview

Design Your Mind provides executive functioning coaching for youth and young adults. The work is skill-building rather than clinical treatment: coaching builds the planning, task initiation, organization, time management and follow-through systems a student can continue using independently.

The practice offers in-person sessions in LaGrange or can accommodate virtual appointments. Evening and weekend appointments are available.  If there is a waitlist, it is usually small due to the short-term nature of the services.
